I’m an awesome baker, but my cake decorating skills are amateurish mostly due to a) lack of practice and b) essential tremor in my hands. I’ve studied books about cake decorating but that’s kind of like reading about music. So I’d like to take a good class in the basics sometime. I may try and do that this summer via the UT Informal Class structure or find a class through one of the baking shops here in town.
