You should revert to Islam because through it alone you will achieve a full submission of yourself mentally, spiritually, and physically to the Truth of the heavens and the earth. Allah is the Truth; all lesser truths of the universe are derived from His singular Truth. Whether we acknowledge this Truth or not, it is still the singular immutable Truth. In other words, Allah doesn’t need us-we will not benefit Him by believing and submitting to Him. It is our decision and to our advantage to submit ourselves to Him. The Truth is before you now, and tomorrow may never come. Now is the time for action. Allah Almighty says what means:
*
(Al-Israa’ 17:81)
Islam offers answers to the questions that have plagued the minds of the world’s greatest thinkers since time immemorable. It tells us the purpose behind our existence, which is to know and worship our Creator. Knowledge of our purpose in life is more valuable than all the gold in the universe. Islam tells us of the unseen system that cannot be accessed without divine knowledge.
It tells of life after death in vivid detail, and it explains that this life is only an infinitesimal fraction of our actual existence. Islam teaches us the only path to Allah, i.e. the only way to achieve His Pleasure, which is through the Sunnah of His beloved Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
I can guarantee your success in this life and the next by submission (i.e. Islam, lit. submission) to Allah because Allah does not lie. It is contrary to the nature of God-or at least the God that you should believe in-to lie. He says what means:
{Whoever does good whether male or female and he is a believer, We will most certainly make him live a happy life, and We will most certainly give them their reward for the best of what they did.}
(An-Nahl 16:97)
He also says what means:
*{That He may bring the believing men and the believing women into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide, and may remit from them their evil deeds – That, in the sight of Allah, is the supreme triumph.}
(Al-Fath 48:51)
Thus, we should take His word as absolute Truth. All other things in the world may change, but the Promise of Allah to reward those who believe and do good deeds with the greatest success conceivable will never alter or change. You can also read in the Qur’an what means:
*
(An-Nisaa’ 4:87)
Islam is the only unadulterated version of Allah’s word. The Qur’an is also known as the Criterion (al-Furqan), in that it distinguishes between revealed Truth and man-made accretions in all earlier scriptures. Even the bitterest foes of Islam are willing to admit that the Qur’an is in the exact same form as it was since the time of Muhammad (peace be upon him), while few objective sources would hold the same to be true of the Old and New testaments. The message of tawheed (oneness of God) is the same since the beginning of time.
We can still see glimmers of it in the messages of Christianity and Judaism. However, the Judeo-Christian tradition has added to the concept of tawheed, be it in the form of the Trinitarian doctrine or the “chosen people” mentality. Additionally, the Sacred Law changes with each subsequent Prophet of Allah.
Thus, the law of Jesus and the law of Moses (peace be upon them) was abrogated with the advent of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). It is obligatory upon us to follow the most current Sacred Law in order to reach Allah. The obsolete nature of Jewish and Christian law is why you will find very few Christians concerned with the laws that Jesus taught and followed, and you will find very few Jews that follow the 613 mitzvah fully while simultaneously integrating themselves effectively into gentile society.
Islam is the Truth and the answer to all questions, both metaphysical and profane. Allah has given us everything, and He wants from us our belief, love, and sacrifice for His sake. This is obvious in a Qur’anic verse that means:
*{Surely my prayer and my sacrifice and my life and my death are (all) for Allah, the Lord of the worlds.}
(Al-An`am 6:162)
His Love and Mercy surround us at all times. He wants us to turn to Him alone with sincerity. Now is the time, for tomorrow may never come.
