I go to gym on the average of three times weekly for 7 months now. I can say now that I did it, after about ten years of quitting exercises.
It was not that easy. But it is much fun!
I could finally exercise 5 days in a row. Entering the 5th month of the regular exercise make me feel proud and willing to make it a habit.
I’ll consider this objective done when I complete 6 months exercising regularly en sha’ Allah.
I missed today’s training but I don’t regret it. I was watching the final match where Egypt won the football African cup of nations for the fifth time, which is a new record!
After 10 years of poor on off exercise pattern, I’ve started regular exercise program. I’m in the third month now. It was very hard in the beginning with a lot of soreness. But with time you gain confidence and endurance.
I usually go to gym 2-3 times a week. This week I’m trying to make it 4 days a week, two cardio & two weights.
