that is a urban core for a city in a desert, there it was in Africa, precisly in Niger at Agades. It uses many concepts, as also internet expertise.
And it is based on history control of technologies, uses sand and sun, retrieve and keep water, so hydroponic cultures are used.
As well is a museum of the ethnies, used for many tribe to recognize each-others.
I get on that project, and i found many solutions to have it built, ... just the who knows how to make it true is missing…for further information, ask…
