I’m still not there. Spring break has ruined my hope for normal sleep. THIS IS KILLING ME SLOWLY.
OH. OH. Speaking of death and lack of sleep.
This site is pretty awesome.

If I wanted to kill myself with caffine (tea – I drink too much tea) then it would take 305 cups!
Try it for yourself, yo!

Well, I still have bad sleeping habits. They are better, but not good. My goal is to be able to go to bed every school night (weekends don’t really matter) by at the latest 10:30 get up at my usual 6:10 every morning.
I have been getting to bed before one in the morning (which is an improvement) but still not where I would like to be. Also, I want my sleeping hours to be normal, not inconsistent.

Well, a full two days into the new year and my amount of sleep is improving. But I still have crappy hours like going to bed at 5 am and getting up at 3pm. But that will all change when school starts back up so I’m not going to worry about it until the 8th of January. Until then, this goal will just wait.

So this weekend I pretty much crashed. I slept like 22 some odd hours in two days. I have never felt so good. And as soon as holiday breaks starts, I plan to keep this over sleeping routine. And then when school kicks back in during the new year, I will start a normal human beings 8 hours of sleep a night routine. I’m so excited.

This is my goal for the new year.
I pretty much SUCK at sleeping. During a school week I go to bed somewhere between 12pm and 3am. Uh, and then I usually take naps in the day, usually they last from 5-7ish. Sometimes I am so tired I just go to bed at 7pm. This would be a fine sleeping schedule if I didn’t have to get up at SIX everymorning. Sometimes I even have to get up at 5:30. This means, that on average, I get 5 hours of sleep (give or take).
It’s an issue…
