read and pass on fifty books from bookcrossers in 2007

At last night’s Bookcrossing meetup, I passed on Wicked, A Short History of Nearly Everything, Life of Pi and Growing Up Twice. That takes my total up to 20, but I doubt I’m going to meet this goal.

Marshmallows for Breakfast, Lolita, N is for Noose and O is for Outlaw will all be passed on at the Bookcrossing meetup tonight.

Put Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers and Notes on a Scandal in the mail to their next readers at lunchtime today.

The Memory Box has now been passed on to the next reader on the bookring list.

Progress is slow but steady. Today I mailed off My Best Friend’s Girl to the next person in the ring.

I just put The Jane Austen Bookclub in the mail to the next participant in the bookring.

Even though I missed the actual Bookcrossing event last night, I did get to the venue earlier and leave Weekend in Paris, Alias Grace, Black Swan Green and Behind the Scenes at the Museum. Hopefully they’ve all now found new readers.

Passed on The Cement Garden and The Girl’s Guide to Hunting and Fishing at the London Bookcrossing Meetup last night.

Well, I’m not doing too well on this one as I think I’ve only read and passed on one bookcrossing book (that was originally registered by someone else) so far this year… but I’ve got a few sitting by the computer that I’ve received, read and journalled, so hopefully there’ll be a bookcrossing meetup soon that I can take them along to.
