Starting small

Okay, so it’s the start of the year so I’m going to ease myself into this.

Goals for this week:

  • Join a gym and go at least one other time.

I actually made it to my new gym twice this week – on Wednesday for an induction, and on Friday for a normal session (weights and cardio).

  • Walk from Bank station to work and back at least four times.

Did this three days out of the five, and on the other two days I took alternative routes that included just as much walking.

  • Use the stairs rather than the lifts.

Did this every day at work.
