I traveled overseas last week and party way too much so I wasnt sleeping enough at all. I kind of catched up yesterday when I slept 18 hours in a row (after no sleeping for 25 hours) but I guess I should have more balance from now on.

On average I may be sleeping a little bit more but I guess I could do a little better. I need to keep track of this goal again.
So I’m more aware of my bed time right now, so that is helping a little, although I still drag it out for about an hour more that I would like it.
Friday was pretty bad , I went out and then continue the party at my house knowing that I had to wake up at 7 am for an appointment, so I only had 2 hours of sleep. But to compensate I didnt go out saturday night and pretty much had about 10 hours of sleep.
Lets see if 10:30p can become the norm…
I dont get too many hours of sleep. For a while I saw it as a positive thing thinking that I was full of energy, but lately I’m thinking that I should get more sleep to achieve my fitness goals.
But even though I’m trying to watch it , it just doesnt happen , my social life usually gets in the way, and then like yesterday that I was for once going to bed at 10:30pm I woke up few hours before my alarm went off, I went back to sleep but it wasnt the same.. I guess I’ll just keep trying.
