I KNOW i can do several sets of 20 reps with 55lbs. (including the bar, wtf?) i just havent tried higher cause i dont wanna pull anything. I bet i could bench at least 100lbs. (I weigh 136lbs)
i’ll put on our max. weight we have on the bench & see if i can lift it (Its 62lbs without the bar, 77 with). Then i’ll have to buy new weight addons? that the right word?
