So, I am trying on this one… but I just don’t feel motivated to do it. I’ve thought about getting a gym membership, but what’s the point with everything that I have here to work with. That would just be a waste of money. I’m hoping to start riding the bike at least a mile 4 times a week for the next month… ahh… that’s a start I suppose. It’s better than what I am doing now.

Night one… since well, last summer I suppose. Anywyas. I went walking a mile tonight. YaY for me. Hope that the weather stays pretty so I can do it more often.
got the treadmill out yet… I haven’t really finished with the room yet… but I’ve changed my mind about it anyways.. I’m going to wait until I get the ‘extra room’ cleaned out and put my treadmill in there with a tv and couch, bookshelf.. make it my own little space…. but all this cleaning can be counted as a warm up to exercise right?
Well tonight I’m going to get started on a regualar exercise thing. ... I’m getting ready to clean out old room… ( which will be enough exercise in itself! ) and get thr treadmill set up in there! YaY I cant wait! ( Maybe I can haha )
