Over and over again

This goal will have to be one that I’m constantly going back to when I think I feel like I need it.



From the inside out

Eat a healthy and balanced diet.
I eat pretty well because I was lucky enough to have parents that educated me early on about good eating habits.

2. Sleep 8 – 9 hours a night.
Currently, I have pulled close to 20 all nighters this year. Every time I do that, my sleep schedule gets thrown off. I’ll miss classes next day and start the week off badly.
Solution: Get my work done on time. Plan ahead.

3. Drink less caffeine.
Sleeping few hours makes me crave caffeine. I drink way too much of it. It needs to stop.
Solution: I don’t need to cut caffeine completely. I just need to buy more herbal teas.

Make a conscious effort to work on my posture.
I have terrible posture. I was getting so stressed about it that I couldn’t sleep at night.
Solution: I’m already working on this one. I’m doing yoga sessions to help me with that and doing all my work at my desk, as opposed to doing it on my bed.

Exercise at least 2 times a week (this doesn’t include Yoga sessions for your back)
Term 1, I did no exercise. I felt awful. This term I’ve done pretty well and feel pretty confident that I can continue my work-out routine this summer.

6. Maintain a good relationship with those you love. Don’t harbour bad feelings and stress out your body.
There’s definitely a lot I need to tell my parents about this year. I need to get back in touch with my friends back home and back in sync with my boyfriend. I’m confident I can do all these things once I get back.
Solution: Get back home and do it.
