Been some bumps in the road. One big one a sprained ankle. So starting this goal over agian.

Well it has been awhile since I have been on here. The holidays and hanging out with friends was tough. I still lost 2 more pounds. I was 164.7 and today I am 162.7 so not bad just have to keep things on track. So 7.3 pounds to go
So another week, and a cold one too. My BMI is finally normal according to my wii fit. So last week I was 166.4 and this week I am 164.7, a loss of 1.7 pounds. Good Pace, Im happy! 9.3pounds more to go.
So it’s been a good week, I’ve been very active and watched my food and beverage intake. So last week I was at 168.2 and this week I am at 166.4. A loss of 1.8 pounds! So all together a total of 4pounds. 11 more to go.
So I made it through thanksgiving without going into food comma. And even though it is early I started at 170.4 and today I am at 168.2 So a loss of 2.2 pounds. Let see if I can keep it up!
So I want to lose 15 pounds before my 27th birthday. I believe this can be done with diet and excersise and the help of my wii fit. My only worry is the holiday eating of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I haven’t made a food log this week because my computer couldn’t connect to the interent. But I have been very good this week drinking milk and water and eating my veggies too.
