I’m already seeing results AND I dropped from a size 12 to a 10 since I started going to the gym. My goal is to get down to an 8 by the end of the month.

I’ve been going to the gym 5 days a week and just signed up a week and a half ago. I’ve already lost 4 pounds. WOOHOO! I also checked out the Body for Life book from the library today. It’s inspiring and I hope to get to be one of those after pictures in 12 weeks.

I started working out at home about 3 weeks ago and have lost 7 pounds already. My husband and I joined a gym yesterday where a friend also works out. She is taking a personal trainer course and I’m her guinea pig. That’s cool by me. I’m trying to lose about 25 more pounds and then I’ll be within my ideal weight range for my height.

I hope you all aren’t getting sick of seeing my entries but it seems to help me keep track of being fit. I have a dance cardio video that I’ve been using for the last week. It’s keeping me interested since I get bored with just running, walking, etc. I have also added a sit up routine after I’m done with the video. I started out doing 50 yesterday and I did 100 today. Now I’m going to try to up it by 5 everyday. My stomach always looks bloated and is on the verge of being out of control. Well, that’s about to change.

I just bought a jump rope today. It even came with a DVD and a music CD. I found out jump roping for 10 minutes is the equivilent to running one mile. I was really excited to use the DVD untill I found out that I don’t have any room in my house to jump rope. The ceiling fan is too low. I guess I’ll just do it in my backyard without the DVD in the freezing cold.

so, i’ve began to eat better. now i’m trying to exercise. i’ve been taking my dogs out for long walks and i just ordered a work out video yesterday. it’s called Island Girl Tahitian Dance Workout for Beginners. i can’t wait to get it because it incorporates one of my other goals…learn to tahitian dance!
