I grilled the most awesome yellowfin the other night. I roasted potatoes and made this brown rice medley stuff. I think I’m going to have to try grilling other kinds of fish too this week. It not only was healthy, it tasted great. Nothing makes me happier than grilling on a hot summer evening.
