I posted a 1.4 pound loss this week!
I can’t believe I only have 0.8 pound left. I was hoping to reach my goal as a XMAS gift to me… oh well – 29.2 pounds is enough of a gift to put a smile on my face. Hopefully I can get through the holidays unscathed and reach my goal for the new year.

Well, the weigh in today did not bring me closer to this goal. I gained just under a pound. I stayed on my diet all week but still knew I was not going to loose… I felt puffy instead of skinny. Oh well, there is always next week… 2.2 pounds to go. I am hoping to still make this goal by the end of the year.
My weigh in today revealed that I have lost another 1.8 pounds – bringing the grand total so far to 28.6. I can’t believe I have less than 2 pounds left until I reach my goal.
I think this will be a great motivator over the holidays when we all tend to overindulge.
I was not expecting a loss after the holiday – and at my weigh in today I was not surprised – I stayed the same this week… which was still an accomplishment after the holiday of pigging out. Even though I knew I would not loose, I was still a little disappointed – being 3 pounds away – I couldn’t help but daydream that I would make goal today.
I really need to get back on track with drinking water this week and get my butt in gear with some exercise.
ooof – I ate too much.
It was totally worth it – mom is a rockin cook. One day can’t undo my progress – I just need to be back on track tomorrow.
I can’t believe it but I lost this week after a crazy weekend of eating out. I am down another 0.8 lbs for a total of 27 lost since June 12th. Now the next challenge will be to maintain my loss through Thanksgiving.
I have to stop eating out so much. I do great at home and at work but I tend to go out to eat a lot.
Yesterday I went Thai lunch with my mom and then sushi dinner with husband and sisters. Then today for lunch we all went out for Indian (my weakness) for lunch. I really can’t make responsible choices at an Indian buffet.
Each week like this I just hope to maintain my losses.
I had a great loss last week and stayed on plan this week but ate out a lot. While I watched what I ate when I went out, it is so hard to truly know the calorie/fat in restaurant food. I managed to escape the week unscathed, down 0.2 lbs… which I would consider maintaining… and a success (all things considered).
I plan on being strict this week – limit eating out and hopefully post a loss next Tuesday. But then… around the corner is Thanksgiving.
Only 3.8 pounds until I hit my goal!
I just had my Weight Watchers weigh in and I lost 3.2 pounds this week. I can’t believe it. Plus, 3 people commented to me so far this week on how much I have lost – one even called me an ‘inspiration’. Wow!
I am only 4 pounds away from my goal.
