Get a new job

I got 2 new jobs. Im working at amigos and as a Lifeguard/Swimming instructor for the YMCA. Its perfect!!!

I have my phone interview tonight with ITC, I’m Already promised the job, so i’ll be starting training on monday, with Lana, which is exciting. I havnt decided whether or not im going to start off working 30hrs a week, which would be 4:30-9:30 Monday-Thursday and 4:30-7:30 on fridays and then 7am-2pm on sat. Thats banking on about $500 a paycheck before taxes, which is about $1000 a month before taxes. not bad, but if i dont do that, ill be doing about 20-25hrs a week for only $7.50 which would be anywhere from 300 a paycheck/600 a month or 375 a paycheck/ 750 a month. We’ll just see what im going to do, ill have to decide next week. So heres to telemarketing, who knows, i may be calling one of you to try and see you insurance for your appliances!

Im heading down to my old job, ITC, to fill out an app. It is telemarketing, but its 8.50hr + commission. That and my friend Lana said she would go work there with me, which would make things much more interesting. Beggers cant be choosers. I cant sit around and not get a job just because there isnt an opening at my dream job, i have things i need to pay off, i have stuff i need, money is money, and sometimes you just gotta put away your “pride” and take what you can get. I also have my interview for Mcdonalds coming up.

Yeah thats right, i filled out an app at mcdonalds. Hey it has some pretty great benefits, one of which includes health care. So we’ll see if they call me. I need a job, i need to start saving money for quit a few things.

I filled out an App. For the Embassy Suites and a coffee shop called The Cup. If I dont get an interview for either of those soon looks like im heading back to my old job at ITC, Telemarketing. I didnt say I wanted a job I loved, I just needed to get a new one. ITC isnt really new, but its not my old job I just had. I hated telemarketing but no one else in lincoln is going to pay me $8.50+Commision. 17 year old’s cant make anything in this state. Its only temporary tho right?
