the “run till I don’t jiggle” which really is my main focus. :)
Ran early this morning again. Same route as yesterday. Yesterday I ran it (1.87 miles) in 23 minutes. Today I ran it in 21 minutes. Felt so good afterwards.
Yesterday I logged onto “Mapmyrun” and mapped it and saw that it was just 1.87 miles with a 13 mph-ish pace. I really like that on that site I can track my runs. Today’s pace was 11.13 mph.

Saturday did a hike and short run
Sunday 1.5 hrs of tennis
Tuesday 2 miles of hiking and running
Wednesday (today) – early morning 25 minute run, without stopping to walk. It felt so good!
My goal is to do the early morning loop 2x and make it a 45 minute or less run and then change the route from there (to add more hills) as I get stronger.

I have some catching up to do.
First week was a bust.
Yesterday I ran/walked 7 miles. 8 more to go this week. I was going to run tonight, but I told my son I’d take him out to dinner after work.
While I was running last night a bird pooped on my nose. Good luck I hope! :)
This is one of the gorgeous views from my trail run yesterday…not my photo…forgot my camera in the trunk of my car! :(

which coincides with another goal where I’d be running Diamond Head 3x per week, for a total of about 14 miles.
I plan to achieve this goal by going straight from work to the park so that I can’t talk myself out of doing it once I get home from work.
I will also do my regular run and hiking with friends 2x per week.
