Last night I tried my first bread-making at home. I made a rosemary focaccia, and a beef and barley stew to go with it. I was stunned at how well I did, and how good it tasted! I think that I have the basics of cooking, and that I just need to do it more and get used to meal planning and shopping. I think I will keep this goal to take some classes in things such as sushi making and cajun cuisine. But I would like to do what I did last night, and try one new meal a week that actually takes some good preperation and time.
