I sold my condo earlier this year, and now I am starting to think about buying a house. I have been thinking alot about what it is I’m looking for, and I’ve decided I really want a house with excellent bones, but that needs some good updating. That way room by room I can create a house I could see living in for a long time. I understand the huge undertaking of remodeling a house. But after seeing hundreds of houses for my job, I know that this is the way I want to do it. I probably won’t start searching in earnest until the end of this year.
