I think a lot of my daily frustration and dissatisfaction is directly from me not doing what I plan to do.
what happens: stressed – so write stressors and plan of action – feel sense of relief because of this – but now don’t feel stressed so forget the plan or don’t follow all etc, stressed feelings return… cycle. can’t blame all on ADD. what happened to all that self-discipline I had 10yrs ago!!
It’s so hard for me to follow a schedule but really necessary for me to just do it.
