Bed late 3am... 19 months ago

Woke up today after a really bad dream that my house was flooding with poison and my boyfriend was seeing his ex girlfriends and saw me as only a friend. Really upset me and put me in a foul mood. It’s now 13:33pm i’m going to start my day now but i’m disappointed that i’ve not got futher!



Last night it was about 01:30am 19 months ago

Better than the usual 3am, but still needs to be midnight at the latest. I need to start going to bed at 11:30pm to read so that i can get sleepy. I need a kind of ritual with this else i’ll never do it. It’s now 08:52am and i’m showered and it’s probably going to take me another hour before i’m ready to start making calls. I’m excited about the prospect of getting on with my business today. I also need to get some cvs’ sent off, so that i can have a day job to run along side what i’m doing.



1:30am - This is early for me... 19 months ago

I’m going to bed now. I’ve had a productive day and i’m excited about going out to a party tommorow night with my boyfriend. We are catching the train in the morning so i need to be ready by 11am ideally to go. I’ve all my animals to sort out and get fed before i go and an email to send on my business to one of my prospective clients. I think i’m going to start reading my magazines in bed to get me into the habit!



Need to start getting up at 7am to start my day! So need to work on this. 19 months ago

From get up early to , go to bed early. I realise that no matter how early i want to get up it’s entirely dependant on me having enough sleep as working for myself i’ll keep snoozing until , well 09:50am as it is now! I’m disapointed in myself, but rather than set myself up for failure. I intend to make sure that i get to bed no later than midnight, so i get a full eight hours sleep.

Preferably 10 hours at the moment whilst i’m feeling a little out of sorts. Ideally the time to go to sleep would be 11pm. I need to get into a kind of routine where i’m waking at around 7am so that i have an hour before work to do things that i enjoy, abit of dancing, clean out the animals or other household tasks that need doing and i would feel better about if they were out of the way. I’ve found that cleaning in the late evening doesn’t work, so to schedule this forward is the best idea. Plus making myself go to bed early is twice as easy as getting up early.



Still not ready... 19 months ago

It is a sunday though..it’s midday and i’m only just up and about. I’m going to set my alarm for early tommorow. It’s an important anniversary for me, so i’m going to try and make the day special in some way.



I need to start doing this! 20 months ago

As im running my own business. I need to start getting up so i can make my morning calls at between 8am-10am. It’s now 12:34 and i’m still sat in my dressing gown! Things have got to change… Tommorow i intend to set my alarm for 7am and be ready to work by 8am and give myself a full day to get the documents done for my business which need working on.
