I started this goal last week and I am doing the Couch to 5K program at CoolRunnings.com. Three times a week I run a certain amount. It is going good so far and my brother said he would run a 5k with me in the end of July. By the end of July I WILL have this goal met. Then I would like to run a 10K then a half marathon. Those are my long term goals.
