Okay, I have started my first project. It’s fabulous. I did 52 satin stitch squares (I think I’m not mangling the name too badly…) on my first night and have now started the next batch of them (136 for this part) before I begin on button somethings and cutting pieces out and wow, it’s all so much fun. I hope it stays as easy as it has been so far. I’ll update when I’ve finished my first project. I already know what my second one will be. I’m going to maybe do the same pattern, but with hot pink and steel thread for my best friend Brad. He promises to display it in his house! What fun!

Okay, so everything I went online and ordered got here last week. I’m so excited that I don’t even know where to start. This weekend I planned to begin a project, but since we hadn’t done any decorating for Christmas it took the number 1 spot on my To Do List. This week I’m going to start my first project. I really am.

Tonight my mom and I were chatting on the phone and we ordered everything I’ll need to start my new adventure! I’m so excited and who would have though I could get excited about anything with the insanity I’m going through at work right now. YAY!
