Find a Good Psychologist.

I have finally found a good psychologist. She is open, nurturing, and encouraging. I feel like I have discovered so many new things about myself in such a short time. The reading suggestions she made alone were pivotal for me. It gives me a lot of hope for myself. ^_ If you have been wondering about it, just go! You may have to take some time to find the right person, but the most important thing to remember is, you have to be the one to do the work. You have to put in 100%. Although it is not easy by any means, I am glad I have begun this journey.

There are so many variables that play a part in this goal of mine. I think it would help me tremendously, in ways I may not even know right now. I suppress a lot of things, but I know there is more that I can be. I want to rid myself of this outer shell, and I think having help would benefit me greatly. I just don’t know how to find the right person. I suppose trial and error is a good a way as any, however, I don’t even know what questions to ask.
