I’m going to concentrate first on exercise and then on food intake. I know both are problem areas.
It’s more than just losing weight, It’s about not feeling the belly flub when you’re sitting down, or your arms chaffing at your sides. Now that I have an MCL tear, this makes this goal a bit more difficult to achieve but attainable nonetheless.
