I think the key to being nice is feeling nice inside. And I think stress is what makes us feel negative. So if we take actions to reduce our stress levels, we can concentrate more on how we act with others.
For me, more often than not, it’s on stressful days when I give everybody on the highway the finger or say mean things to my girlfriend or sister. So, I decided that I’m going to start yoga. If this works, I will be sure to post :).
