eating less food should be the real name of this goal for me. Or maybe tell people to stop baking me delicious cookies.

i’m thinking of buying that book, “the abs diet”.... is it any good?
anyway since this summer i had a complete relapse where i either was satisfied or frustrated with my stupid abs. so now i’m back on track and hopefulli i’ll accomplish this within a month or two.
i. hate. abs.
i think the prob is that i hate crunches bc they do nothing
i need to find a substitute.
effing abs is all i have to say. my abs are resilient to even the most rigorous work out
so i got them… well not quite, but it’s flat and definition is starting to appear!! :) it only took 2 months,(sarcasm) sheesh
so i have been working out every day, running at least 3 miles, then doing around 200 crunches, plus abdominal machines. And… still no abs, but I see lines forming. Slowly but sureley…. Just how long does this take? I mean it’s not like I was obese! sheesh, freakin abs
OK. so i was doing great. Gym every day, crunches and abdominal machines after running about 2 miles, and calorie restriction. Then I was hit by a wave of supreme laziness. I am a college studetn with 19 credits plus research, and last night I slept 14 hours! 14 hours! Needless to say, that kind of sleeping and my skipping the gym for 8 days has pretty much invited my flab back. Yes, I have rolls again. All of that pain in the gym(over a month of working out), completely undone in a eight day sloth period. ##x%x
I did some heavy duty working out friday, and light lifting yesterday because i’m feeling sick. Do you think working out too much might make you more susceptible to sickness?
