I’m realistic. I think. I know it is difficult to break into the short story market but probably not nearly as difficult as trying to sell a novel. Besides, I don’t have a novel. I have this idea that it is easier to sell a poem, but I wouldn’t know b/c I don’t write poetry and so I’ve never submitted it.
Somehow, seeing my story printed would validate my efforts…
