I raised another $500 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital and about $150 for a Write-a-Thon.

With several charity-supporting races, and a write-a-thon coming soon, I’ll be chipping away at this goal more and more. Of course, at the point where I do actually raise one million dollars for charity, I’m going to probably just start again with the goal. And that’s okay with me.

I raised $4,000 for New Orleans Public Library Foundation on May 24th as part of Pilcrow Lit Fest.

I raised $50 last night. Great! Everything counts.

I raised $2,200 for breast cancer in 2002, and I raised $3,600 for Leukemia and Lymphoma in 2005. I give here and there—to people I see, to organizations here and there. But, that’s the measurable money I really can be sure of.
