Why does my job insist on giving me cake and bbq?! And why is it so hard to say NO? haha I’ve missed the gym 3 days in a row. I feel kind of gross right now, but I’m trying not to be too hard on myself. I work 10 hours a day, and I’m in school – I have a lot going on, so giving myself a break nothing to be ashamed of.

You know when you eat something and you think “Oh this is healthy!” Most of the time you should think again. That’s what’s I’ve learned from SparkPeople. I’ve also learned that tracking my food – ALL OF IT – is key to losing weight for me. I’ve been way overeating and I had no idea!
Breakfast this morning was oatmeal (160 cals). Dinner is whole wheat spaghetti and tomato sauce stuffed with vegetables that I washed, cut and sliced myself. I haven’t tracked it yet, but I don’t think it’s more than 300 calories. I missed the gym yesterday and today because of homework, but I’m headed back for an extra long session tomorrow after work and school!
