11.30pm – 7.30am
ok..i tried to pursuade my honey to go to bed earlier with me,then he did better than me!
i set the alarm at 6.30am again to have some time to a little exercise but failed again…poor me!! i keep snoozing the alarm untilm 7.30am, it’s another morning go to work without breakfast….
I MUST CHANGE IT@@@@
I tried the first day to have normal sleep hours last night. Finished shower by 23.00, sat on the bed and check some news on the laptop ( i really should quit this habit…bad for neck also,and once you start to see the news you cannot stop..) but anyway, much earlier that usual to be on the bed.
Set the alarm at 630am to have a shower and makeup, but failed, although the alarm kept ringing every 5 min i still got up at 7.30.
generally, not bad for the first day for the “normal sleep” plan.
Weekend is coming, hopefully i don’t make the biorhythm worse if hang out with friends….
i will record the sleep hours from today to make sure i can sleep a little bit earlier…
