I feel that genetic erosion just plain sucks and that we all can take a part in protecting diversity. I want to be able to choose from 200 different apples and not just 5! Plus, most of the apples in the stores such as, Red Disgusting, are pretty crappy! There are so many great food crops that most people are ignorant of due to corporate takeover of American farms. Long live diversity of all things!
