get over "what other people think of me"

Is gonna be a tough one. Maybe. For some reason I have always been pretty self-conscious and fear judgment. I have no rational explanation for this other than it has been brought about by lack of self-confidence and self-acceptance. I know inside that people are entitled to their thoughts and that I should not be affected by them. I should do what I do and be who I be regardless of judgment by others. My new motto is to act in public like I do when I am by myself. Kinda like dance like nobody’s watching! Yeah!
