My idea for one big large tattoo

I’d like to get a vine on my side that is sorta like a family/life tree. I can put dates, symbols whatever to represent me, marriage/husband, & my kids on different leaves of the vine. I’d like it to start on the side of my breast and sorta weave in and back out and down to the side of my waist. This idea on paper doesn’t sound very pretty but that’s where the tattoo artist comes in….
