be more patient

So far this book has helped me identify why I lose my patience so easily and steps to help change it. I started a yahoo group if anyone is interested in reading the book, sharing and supporting one another in being a better parent and person.

The book is called screamfree Parenting by Hal Runkel.

I was really bad at this yesterday. I have to work harder to be patient w/my 8 month old son. I wish he could just say mommy I’m fussing because (fill in the blank) but instead all I hear is fussing. Also, I think my lack of patience is because I am trying to get other things done & not focusing all my attention on him or rushing w/him to go back to whatever I was doing.
