I can’t wait to do this. I am 4 weeks postpartum and very overweight. Once my body doesn’t get in the way I will start running again. And my joints are feeling back to normal from the pregnancy. This will be the greatest stress reliever for me!! I hope that I will be able to run everyday!!

I scrubbed the jogging stroller I bought at a yard sale a long time ago. It is beautifully clean! And finally today I jogged about a block back & forth maybe 5 times w/my 10 month old in it. It’s hard to not be able to pump your arms! Fell into a bit of a stride which felt good!! But mostly my fat butt, belly & thighs were bothersome because I could feel them jiggling. Ouch! So if I keep it up I hope to get those things tightened up!
I would like to do this later. For now let’s just keep exercising (walking).
My son is 8 months old & my knees or hips sometimes still get wobbly. Also because of the added weight my body just isn’t physically ready to jog yet. I just gotta keep exercising & losing weight. Also I bought a jogging stroller at a yard sale & it needs cleaned up. So I’d like to get it ready for the fall when I will begin running again.
