After months of just exercising and trying to be mindful of what I was eating I became fed up with the pace. A definite downward trend, but agonizingly slow. Within just 3! pounds of my goal I started meticulously calorie counting. 5 days later I achieved my goal! Hooray!

10 to go! If only the progress wasn’t so slow..
mostly due to illness, but hopefully I can keep it off as I recover. The hot part of the year is finally here, and I usually naturally shed 5-10 pounds through the hot season because food becomes far less attractive.
Progress is so so slow, but it is progress.
