I think I sorta did it!! :)
Still not perfect, but ah well…
I wrote the ‘worst scenarios’ & found that in each there was something inspiring & fun & potentially wonderful too!! lol
So this helped a bit.
As for the past, may ‘the peace be with it!!’
As long as I’m living at home, I can’t fully ‘escape’ my past.. But it has certainly helped to recognize why I am who I am… That said, some people think I’m a pretty fine person, & occasionally I think so myself.
So even if my past was a bit weird at times, or I wouldn’t do things the same way again (thank god! I learnt! – hopefully!! :)) I’m comfortable with my past.. not all decisions, but of course some regrets just make a person more interesting, no? :)
& I can relate to a lot of people who have gone or are going through the same… :) & that means something too!! :)

Okay, so my goal would mainly be ‘Lovingly embrace my future’ (emphasis on lovingly, he he)
Louise Hay says fear of future can make you wear glasses, & hopefully this will help me improve my eyesight too-??!!
Love & fear cannot exist in one place, at the same time, so I hope the love will help vaniquish the fear & such..
I want to keep track of my ‘Daily 5’ accomplishments & gratitudes (& the Eurovision threads!!) to maintain overall positivity & general cheer!!
& the daily ‘kindness’ thing… & ‘daily terror’... LOL
(& my back exercises & walks..)
Also, I want to pose myself a question every day:
‘What would you do if you know you’d succeed & ROCK?!!’
(Inspired by this thread: http://www.43things.com/entries/view/2427685?page=0&new_comment=2448714)
I think I got quite a bit of work done on the past by EFT www.emofree.com & TAT www.tatlife.com & de-negativizing via journalling & such.. So I intend to do those too.. Haven’t really done them on overall future, I think… hmm.. might be interesting…
Any other suggestions on how to achieve this goal?
