about 5 miles today. :) Yesterday I walked 1 and a half. the day before I walked a mile. Come on I can continue this.

I’ve been neglecting this goal. So i am going to try to go for a needless walk every day for a week. this will also help me achieve my personal challenge of losing 5 lbs. Let’s see if I can do it.
