Money is meant to be spent on sushi. There is no limit to this. So far I’ve visited:
Tuna House in Bellevue, Manabu-san, awesome rolls—Tear Drop, Volcano, House, Tornado.
Kisaku in Greenlake, Nakano-san, awesome everything, haven’t been in a while, I miss this place along with Zoka.
Nishino in Madison, for special occassions only, omakase all the way.
Ototo in Queen Anne, I remember it being amazing but that was years ago.
Shiro’s in Belltown, their eel is phenomenal.
Shiki in Queen Anne, huge rolls!
Mashiko in West Seattle, Hajime-san, amazing octopus and pinenut salad, grilled fish and sushi.
Koji Osakaya by Harbor Steps, handy when downtown.
Nara in Redmond, largest pieces of toro I’ve ever eaten.
