Time to flag this one as done. I am regularly swimming, cycling na d playing badminton plus tap dancing and occaisonal golf.
I am in a good routine of doing these things and whilst I have not weighed myself recently I feel like I have lost weight. I should be able to continue okay.
So far so good…
I am now regularly once a week spending some time swimming, playing badminton one evening and cycling.
Just need to find time / opportunity to do some structure work on my abs to lose the tummy !!
I shall soon tag this as something I have done.
At the moment I am doing okay mainly because I am doing a selection of things through the week including cycling, badminton, swimming, dance and the like.
I have in the past tried running 3 times a week or some other activity a number of times (like going to gym) but I get bored of this. I have found variety to be easier to maintain than a single activity.
This wasn’t exercise as such but I was cream crackered (rhyming slang – look it up!) afterwards and it felt like I had been running for an hour. Ithink it counts !
Swam 24 lengths of 25m = 500m at lunchtime today in half an hour (which is good for me). It felt great.
Tap dancing class today. Felt a bit better – both in so far as I felt like I had done some exercise and my feet are beginning to do what they are told if only my brain could remember the next steps!
Badminton this evening. Played okay and felt good !
Swam 20 lengths of 25m today – nearly killed me!
