Since I started running in 2005, I’ve participated in three races. They’ve all been a lot of fun. At the end of the day, I always feel extremely rewarded and satisfied. There’s a special energy that emanates from a group of people running their hearts out.
Today, I ran a 4-miler across the San Diego Bay Bridge. It was hot and excrutiating and I loved it!
I just gotta do this more often.
