Create a Family Crest or Coat of Arms

This has never been one of the important goals on my page. It was kind of a whim sort of thing, something I’d thought about at odd times in the past but never really gave any serious thought to.

Recently, however, I’ve been contemplating it. Regarding the uncertainties from my last post: I’m not going to follow any culture’s established traditions. I am probably going to use colors that have a significance, but I will assign that significance. It’s my coat of arms, after all.

This is going to be something that represents me, and I’m having a real tough time deciding what I should include (and how I should represent it).

Furthermore, do I use traditional colors, shapes, symbols, etc, or make my own? Seems like I should make my own since I don’t really have any strong cultural traditions.

It’s pretty complicated! :o
