I don’t run. I don’t even jog. I walk, but that’s only because I have to walk to get places. I hate being out of shape and I want to do something about it. I found the couch to 5k program and a great podcast with music that follows the program, so I’m going to start doing this in the next month. I want to be able to at least jog a 5k by March. Let’s see if I can do it!
