Today I saw the film ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas’ which I would highly recommend, as it gives a very poignant view of life in Nazi Germany through the eyes of a child and was extremely moving…

Today started off with tension but it gradually eased through the day and as the day is ending I am happy to say that I feel more balanced and optimistic :)

Today I was uptight and full of nostalgia for the way things used to be and the people I used to have in my life, although I know that life moves forward and that dwelling in the past is not a good place to be – I just miss so many people…

Today I went to the cinema with my daughter to see ‘The Women’ which wasn’t all that great, but we had a really good time together which means the world as we have been falling out alot of late.

Today I had a photo shoot for an article in a national magazine and it went on for 2 1/2 hours which for someone who doesn’t like getting her photo taken seemed like for ever!!

Today my anxiety levels were really high and I was compulsive and obsessive like I haven’t been in ages but I know the reason why – I stopped taking my meds because I thought I could cope – when will I learn??

Today was a mixed up day emotionally as it was the anniversary of the passing of the dear lady who brought me up but I know she is still with me and always will be, so I talked to her as I usually do and remembered all those who were dear to me who have also moved on…

Today I did what I said I wasn’t going to do and I bought another rabbit as I was finding the house so empty without a pet – I am a great big softie! – so we now have a white rabbit provisionally called Louie, although I think that name may change!

Today was not the best of days at all as I had a big fight with my daughter and we both said some awful things we didn’t mean and we didn’t even get a chance to sort it out as she had to go to work, so I ended up on a bus to the sea, crying behind my sunglasses – not a fun day at all!

Today I spent a really good day in the company of my most recent ex, with whom I have actually managed to remain friends – proving it can actually be done!
