I'd like to lose some weight 19 months ago

Not too much, I’m 57 kilo’s now and I’d like to be 54.
How I am going to do this?

Eat healthy: Breakfast-Lunch-Snack-Dinner, a lot of fruit and fibres.

Excercise: Dance and crunches

Drinks: Only water and tea, at least 1,5 liters a day
