I can tick Turkeye (Turkey) off the list. Sadly, it was sort of a dismal start, because in Dutch it is supposed to be spelled with ij instead of a y. But a dismal start is a start nevertheless.

Created an overview of the places I want to visit (though I might leave out one of the 3 englands, cause that does seem like a bit of overkill): http://maps.google.nl/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=nl&msa=0&ll=52.173932,4.998779&spn=4.211271,9.887695&t=p&z=7&msid=101679855272260617366.000458710b8161ecb2e16
It was actually kinda tough, because what defines a ‘place’? I found this list on Internet with foreign placenames in the Netherlands, but some places really were just streets. I decided a place is something that shows up in google maps as a place. So Bethlehem is not a place in the Netherlands, but Bern is. I’m not sure if this is officially acurate, but you gotta draw the line somewhere.
