theoretically I am not any kind of person, I just really love to sleep. As I am getting older, I am realizing that my body needs 8-10 hours of sleep, otherwise I won’t be very well rested. I don’t peak either in the morning or in the evening, but I really have to get up in the morning and get going to have a productive day ahead of me. If I stay up late and then get up at 11am, I won’t spend the day being my best self.
My goal is to always get up in the morning, even if I don’t have an appointment/ lecture/ life-changing meeting. Just to get a routine and a more normal life.
What I have done to achieve this goal? I got a really awesome alarm clock for christmas. Wish me luck.
