well I guess I started running, and then promptly stopped! I was doing well but then 6am got dark, and there was a murder in the park I run around. However, maybe I will start again soon!



Week 2 4 years ago

Had to get up at 6.30 this morning to get a run in before my first day of school. The program is longer this week, and I certainly felt it…but! I Did it! Next one on Wednesday :)

End of week one, and I have done what I said I would. Went running on Mon, Wed and Fri, managed to get up at 7 even though I was on holidays! Next run is tomorrow morning, slightly longer according to the program. Will have to get up earlier though as start school at 9! Hurray for me :)

I am a good girl you know, still on my hols (for a few more days anyway!) and still got up at 7 to do my run :) Was horrible at the time but feel good about it now :)

I found an excercise diary in the Pound Shop today so splurged! Hurrah! Feel really set up for Monday week! I really AM going to do it!

I haven’t started running, coz I set the date in my diary when I come back from holiday. But… guess what! Because I have done all this planning I am REALLY looking forward to it! How weird! I hate excercise, but I can’t WAIT to get out there. Must be the new shoes!

I will go for a swim tomorrow to keep me happy :)

Ok, well today I found a beginners running program, and have written it into my diary and set a start date. I need to buy new trainers and I am away for 5 days on Sat, so going to start Monday week. I AM!
