Back burner

I guess I’ve taken on too much right now. This one is temporarily on the back burner.



Haven't started

I’m a little disappointed in this one. I thought about it a couple of times, but I didn’t do it :( maybe this week.



Step 1...

Okay, I’ve wanted to do this forever. I don’t think it will be possible until I’m a little lighter on my feet, and much more conditioned. So I’m going to start by attempting 15 days straight of the 30 day shred. I’m not feeling overly optimistic about this part, but I know that in order to run the 5km, I need to be in better shape, and I do think this video will help.
